The Opportunity 

We are seeking aData Scientist - Personalized Marketing and AI to be responsible for developing and executing 1st party data capture and oversee integration of AI technologies into marketing strategies to deliver highly personalized customer experiences across all channels, aiming to maximize engagement, experience, and customer lifetime value through tailored messaging and offerings based on individual customer insights. This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting consumer-centric, data-driven growth and transformation journey. 

This is a USA remote role with a preference of the candidate being located in Eastern or Central Time Zone

Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied scope and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

AI Strategy Development: 

Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation, predictive modelling, and content personalization.

Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and platforms to support personalization initiatives.

Develop a comprehensive AI roadmap aligned with overall marketing goals.

Data Analysis and Insights: 

Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from various sources (CRM, website behavior, social media) to identify patterns and trends.

Build customer profiles with detailed insights into preferences, needs, and behaviors to inform targeted marketing strategies.

Utilize machine learning algorithms to predict customer actions and generate actionable insights.

Campaign Personalization: 

Design and implement personalized marketing campaigns across channels (email, website, social media, SMS) based on individual customer data.

Create dynamic content that adapts based on customer interactions and real-time behavior.

Develop AI-powered recommendation engines to suggest relevant products or services to customers.

AI modeling & Campaign Optimization: 

Conduct rigorous testing of personalized marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Continuously refine AI models and algorithms to optimize campaign performance and deliver the most relevant experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

Partner with marketing teams to integrate AI-powered personalization across all marketing functions.

Collaborate with IT and data science teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and integration with marketing systems.

Educate stakeholders on the benefits of AI-driven personalization and best practices for data usage.
