We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist with a special focus on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to join our growing team. s360 is a leading digital marketing agency and a certified Google Meridian partner.

Lead the marketing modeling transformation

You will play an instrumental role in developing and implementing advanced MMM solutions, directly helping our clients understand and optimize their marketing investments.

As a Data Scientist for MMM at s360, you will:

  • Design, build and implement scalable and efficient Marketing Mix Models for our clients, leveraging Google's Meridian and other relevant frameworks.
  • Collect, clean and process large, diverse datasets from various sources to prepare them as robust model inputs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and data needs, and to present model results and recommendations in a clear and compelling way.
  • Run optimization and simulation scenarios to guide clients' marketing investment and allocation decisions.
  • Work tightly with our data engineering and business intelligence teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MMM, marketing analytics, and data science, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our MMM offering.

About the team

You will join a dynamic, fast-growing team of data scientists and engineers, reporting directly to the Group CTO.

The position is based in one of the s360 offices in Barcelona, London, Helsinki, Copenhagen, or Aarhus.

Technical expert with a passion for turning data into impact

You will likely describe yourself as someone with a growth mindset and a solid background in data science and marketing analytics. Ideally, you will also bring:

  • A Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in data science
  • Expert proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis.
  • Strong experience with statistical modeling techniques, including regression analysis, time series analysis, and Bayesian modeling.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
