This is a Hybrid role, working from our London (Old Street) Offices 3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

Are you a data scientist who loves to see your work make a real-world impact? We're looking for someone to join our team and help us figure out the smartest ways to grow our US business. You'll get to own your work from the initial idea right through to seeing it launched, directly influencing our bottom line and shaping how we do things. If you're excited by the idea of testing your theories and building things that matter, this could be the perfect fit.

  • You'll create and launch predictive models that tackle all sorts of challenges across our customer lifecycle.
  • You’ll be diving into complex datasets to find the hidden opportunities and helping us make smarter decisions.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of analytical solutions.
  • You'll turn complex analysis into simple, compelling stories that get everyone on the same page.
  • Once your models are live, you'll keep an eye on them to make sure they're performing well, and you'll get to tweak and improve them over time.
  • We want you to stay curious! You'll explore the latest tools and techniques in data science and help us stay ahead of the curve.
  • You’ve built machine learning models that have been used to solve real business challenges.
  • You're great with Python and SQL and are comfortable working with large, complex datasets.
  • You have a strong background with numbers, either from your education or professional experience.
  • You’re a proactive self-starter who loves taking ownership of a project from beginning to end.
  • You can explain complex data and technical ideas in a simple and clear way.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment (experience in a start-up or consultancy is a big plus!).
