The Role
This is a development-focused position where you'll be responsible fordata extraction, analysis, and model developmentusingML, DL, and LLMs. You'll clean and manipulate complex financial datasets, build predictive and prescriptive models, and implement them in production environments.

Responsibilities of a GenAI Specialist
- Develop and deploy AI models, focusing onGenAI and LLMs.
- Extract, clean, and analyse structured and unstructured data.
- Implement scalableML/DL solutionsthrough the full model lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI innovation.
- Present analytical findings to business and technology stakeholders.
Requirements for a GenAI Specialist:
- Master's/PhDin Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ yearsof experience inML modeling, ranking, or recommendation systems.
- Proficiency inPython, SQL, Spark, PySpark, TensorFlow.
- Strong knowledge ofLLM algorithms and training techniques.
- Experience deploying models in production environments.
Nice to Have:
- Experience inGenAI/LLMs
- Familiarity withdistributed computing tools(Hadoop, Hive, Spark).
- Background inbanking, risk management, or capital markets.
