Job Description:

About the Role
The client is seeking a skilled Data Scientist for a temporary assignment based in London, UK. This is a contingent worker position, not a full-time employment opportunity. The successful candidate will support Client’s data-driven initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and drive business impact.

Responsibilities
- Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for Client’s products and business operations.
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to design and execute data-driven strategies.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with Client’s internal policies and applicable regulations.

Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Strong understanding of statistical modelling, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
