You will join us as our new Data Scientist, helping us understand player behaviour across our portfolio of mobile games. Your primary focus will be on statistical analysis, causal inference, and building time-series and segmentation models. You will collaborate closely with our User Acquisition and Customer Support teams.

Why this role?

This is an opportunity for a Data Scientist to work with large, complex data sets with the autonomy to significantly impact the success of our games. You will be part of an experienced, skilled team of over 20 members, with opportunities to learn and grow.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Applying analytics, causal inference, machine learning, or other techniques to understand user movement across our apps.
  • Making recommendations for cross-promotional and user acquisition strategies based on your analysis and modeling.
  • Collaborating with business teams to formulate questions and projects that improve marketing and customer support efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong SQL experience
  • Proficiency in Python or R
  • Experience in building forecasting models, causal inference, or segmentation
  • Ability to communicate ideas and results to non-technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with marketing mix models and Bayesian time series is a plus
  • Solid understanding of classification and regression models is a plus

Please note: This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our central London office.
