Data Scientist | Abergavenny, Wales (Hybrid/Flexible) - £40-50k

I am currently working with a channel-neutral, planning-led Marcom and CX agency, who partner with global enterprises, public sector organisations, and not-for-profits. Their reputation is built on innovative, insight-driven solutions that sit at the intersection of research, data, and customer experience.

They have developed a proprietary platform that blends mass qualitative survey tools with journey mapping and behavioural modelling, helping organisations understand and influence customer behaviour in unique ways.

They are looking for a Data Scientist to join our close-knit, forward-thinking team.

What you’ll do
  • Rebuild and enhance our customer insights platform (currently CSS-based).
  • Use Python to develop and refine models that combine needs states, journeys, and behavioural insights.
  • Work alongside a global team (Wales, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia) while being a core part of the UK team.
  • Explore innovative applications of data that help us continue winning clients with unique solutions.
What we’re looking for
  • Strong skills in Python (coding, modelling, data science).
  • An interest in CX, behavioural modelling, and research-driven insights.
  • Ability to bring structure and innovation to data-led platforms.
  • Ideally able to work from our Abergavenny office a couple of times per month (flexible arrangements available).

If this sounds like an interesting opportunity, please reach out!
