We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong statistical expertise, analytical curiosity, and creative problem-solving skills to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract meaning from complex data, design predictive models, and translate insights into measurable business value. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how data informs strategy and drives innovation across the organisation.Objectives•Collaborate with product and technology teams to understand data needs, business goals, and opportunities for innovation. •Research, prototype, and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to solve complex business problems. •Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. •Embed data science and AI solutions into key business processes to enable intelligent automation. •Stay current with the latest developments in data science, AI frameworks, and responsible AI practices, and champion their adoption across teams.Responsibilities•Act as a data strategist to identify, integrate, and leverage new data sources through product capabilities. •Collaborate with engineering teams to build, test, and deploy scalable data products and predictive models. •Execute analytical experiments to address challenges across multiple business domains. •Mine and process large structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful features and patterns. •Design, validate, and optimise algorithms and statistical models for predictive and prescriptive analysis.To remain the world’s leading foreign exchange specialist, we are focused on making our customers’ lives simpler, more engaging and hassle free while they travel or move money abroad.
