Job Title: Data Scientist (Churn and Propensity Models)

Role Overview:
This client is a global leader in online food and retail delivery services. They are looking for 3-4 skilled Data Scientists to join their team and focus on developing churn and propensity models with an immediate impact on business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building predictive models, using data science techniques to analyse customer behaviour, and will work closely with stakeholders to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop churn and propensity models to predict customer behaviour and drive actionable insights.

Work on a project aimed at increasing uplift for key accounts such as McDonald's within a 3-month time-frame.

Deliver 9 churn models by the end of the project (collective).

Measure the impact of churn models on trade and provide clear, actionable results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the implementation of insights.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas) and SQL.

Solid experience with data modeling, data analysis, and machine learning techniques.

Ability to work with large datasets and extract valuable business insights.

Duration:
Initial 3-month contract.

Location:
London-based, hybrid working.
