THE ROLE


You’ll be the go-to data expert, translating customer and campaign data into actionable insights that drive smarter segmentation, improved reporting, and more effective marketing campaigns. Expect to work on:
Building campaign selections and predictive models Developing and automating reporting tools to support marketing and membership teams. Exploring the database to uncover opportunities for improved targeting and engagement. Supporting the CRM strategy This is a hands-on role where you’ll need to work independently, but you’ll also collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and membership colleagues.

YOU
Strong data/CRM background (Microsoft Dynamics 365) Confident with programming languages and building tools to reduce manual reporting. Proactive, independent, and able to translate complex data into plain English. A real team player who enjoys collaborating across departments. Passion for the cultural/heritage sector is a bonus, but not essential. If you’re looking for a role where you can make an impact quickly, own your space, and use data to power real change, this could be the perfect next step.

You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
