We are looking for a Data Scientist to lead and execute advanced data analysis strategies within the corporate and HNWI reputation space.


Our client is at the forefront of transforming the digital reputation landscape. In a world where deep fakes and misinformation are undermining trust in online media, they are developing new technologies to protect clients from misinformation. This is an opportunity to contribute to a mission that creates a new category for data analysis and strategy.


This role is ideal for a highly skilled data professional with a passion for hands-on implementation and a track record of delivering measurable results.


Requirements:

  • Experience:3–5 years in data science with a proven record of delivering impactful analysis.
  • Environment:3-5 years within a communications function or a reputation / public relations / public affairs / corporate affairs agency.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Programming experience with Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
  • Strong foundation in statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience with database systems and efficient query writing.


Data Preparation:

  • Skilled in cleaning and preprocessing data, ensuring high-quality datasets for analysis.


Business Acumen:

  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.


Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.


What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range (£45,000 - £55,000), with additional annual performance-based bonuses.

Salary Range:£45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience), plus annual performance-based bonuses.

Please note that whilst this role has a huge degree of flexibility it is London-based and candidates will require permanent right to work in the UK.
