The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll focus on building and maintaining relationships within the financial services market. Your day-to-day will include:

Business Development:

Proactively building a client portfolio, identifying opportunities, and negotiating terms with leading financial institutions.
Candidate Sourcing:

Using headhunting techniques, market mapping, and networking to find top-tier contract candidates.
Account Management:

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring smooth processes from onboarding through contract renewal.
Market Expertise:

Staying up to date with industry trends to provide informed advice and insights to clients and candidates alike.

We're seeking experienced contract recruiters who:

Have a proven track record of billing success in a technical market.
Are adept at building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
Are motivated by a tiered commission structure that rewards performance with up to 30% of billings.
