We’re looking for aData Science Managerwithin our Asset Intelligence & Innovation Team, based at our Coventry office.

Are you an experienced Data Scientist ready to advance your career? Are you passionate about data, technology, people, and delivering outstanding outcomes? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you proficient in Python and SQL?

Key Responsibilities
Leading a team of Data Scientists and Analytics professionals, fostering a high-performing Data Science delivery team, and supporting the transition towards MLOps.
Influencing stakeholders and delivering an optimized data science service across Severn Trent.
Maintaining excellent knowledge of standards, tools, and techniques in data analytics, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
Communicating complex technical concepts clearly at all organizational levels.

Qualifications and Skills
Previous stakeholder management experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Python, SQL, and Cloud computing.
Experience with Power BI is a plus but not essential.
