Job Opportunity: Data Science Manager (Databricks Specialist)



Location: Manchester |Employment Type: Full-time |Experience Level: Senior

Are you a passionate Data & AI expert with a strong Databricks background? A leading consulting firm is seeking a person skilled inData & AI Platform Architecture to join their growing team. In this senior role, you’ll work with clients to design and implement scalable, high-performance Databricks-based platforms that drive impactful business outcomes

Key Responsibilitie

  • s:Lead the design and delivery of Databricks-based solutions for clients, leveraging Delta Lake, Spark, and MLflo
  • w.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and create tailored data platform architecture
  • s.Drive best practices for cloud integration (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data governanc
  • e.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the company’s methodology and thought leadershi

Skills & Qualificatio

  • ns:7+ years of experience in data platform implementation, with a focus on Databric
  • ks.Expertise in Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark, Python, and S
  • QL.Strong consulting skills with experience delivering complex solutions to enterprise clien
  • ts.Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred) and knowledge of ETL/ELT, data lakes, and real-time processi
