As a Data Science Lead, you’ll lead on delivering technical solutions for Roke’s National Security Customers, focussing on Data Services and defining novel technical approaches. Your teams will include a mix of technical abilities including data engineering, machine learning, cloud, DevOps and software engineering skills.

As a Data Science Lead, customer engagement will be a large part of your role, playing a key part in the customer consulting, presales and business development strategy; with the opportunity to prepare and contribute to technical proposals and bids.
 
The Key Requirements... 
Ideally experience in a number of areas, including some of the below;

Designing and building scalable data platforms Analytical techniques for extracting insight from a variety of data sources Visualisation of complex data Machine learning At least one programming language Python, Java, C++) DevOps techniques for supporting repeatable deployment and testing Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience with Agile and Agile leadership roles.
