As one of the world’s leading digital transformation service providers, we are looking to rapidly expand our Data Practice across Europe to meet increasing client demand for our Data Science and AI services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedData Science Consultantto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, analytics, IT consulting and experience in marketing-focused projects, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment. As a Data Science Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, design and implement data-driven solutions and provide actionable insights that drive business value. Your ability to bring expertise in marketing analytics and marketing-related data science use cases will be a critical asset.

Responsibilities


  • Define and implement AI strategies focused on marketing and customer insights
  • Design and deploy marketing-focused AI solutions (e.g. segmentation, recommendation engines, campaign optimization)
  • Develop and operationalize ML models using MLOps best practices
  • Monitor model performance, addressing explainability, data drift and bias
  • Create measurement frameworks including MMM and MTA
  • Support customer journey mapping, CLV prediction and churn analysis
  • Communicate AI strategy and risks to senior marketing stakeholders
  • Collaborate with legal teams on AI governance and EU regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities: demos, presentations and RFPs
  • Stay up to date on AI/ML trends particularly in marketing applications


Requirements


  • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics or related field; Ph.D. a plus
  • 2+ years’ experience in data science/analytics ideally in consulting or marketing agency environments
  • Hands-on experience with marketing-focused ML use cases (e.g. segmentation, campaign analytics)
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks
  • Knowledge of AI/ML tools used in marketing (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics)
  • Understanding of MLOps and model deployment in marketing contexts
  • Familiarity with LLM applications for personalization, chatbots and content generation
  • Strong communication skills able to engage senior marketing and business stakeholders
  • Awareness of AI ethics, bias mitigation and regulatory compliance in consumer-facing AI
  • Experience with marketing metrics and ROI/CLV modeling; ad-tech experience is a plus
