What you’ll be doing
Working as part of a growing

client-facing data science practice

on varied, high-profile projects
Wrangling and cleansing data

using

SQL

or

Python , turning large, messy datasets into clean, model-ready data
Understanding the story behind the data , identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and challenges
Advising clients on modelling techniques , explaining why you’d choose one model over another, outlining pros, cons, and trade-offs
Translating technical insights

into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and business stakeholders

What we’re looking for
Consulting experience

— ideally within strategy, management, or data science consulting, or strong client-facing/stakeholder management experience where you’ve delivered data-driven solutions
Strong

SQL

or

Python

skills for data wrangling and preparation
Confidence working with large, messy datasets, with the ability to spot and solve potential data issues
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
