Job Description
We are seeking a Data Science and AI Delivery Lead to support our Commercial Domains. The role involves identifying and developing Data Science & Artificial Intelligence solutions, including GenAI, to optimize commercial processes and enhance data products and services.

As a leader, you will manage a team of Data Scientists, ML Ops, Engineers, and Business Analysts, advancing our technological foundation through AI/Gen AI expertise to strengthen and expand regional and global capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for Data Science and AI initiatives, leading AI transformation efforts, managing senior stakeholders, and building a high-performing team.
  • Stay updated on Data Science and GenAI advancements, deployment technologies, edge computing, and quantum computing to leverage new opportunities in digital and agricultural sectors.
  • Use AI and data analytics to improve current solutions and drive innovative AI projects that reshape core business areas.
  • Inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and implement a cutting-edge Data Science and AI integration framework, incorporating Advanced Analytics and LLMs into production systems for better efficiency and scalability.
  • Explore cloud computing potentials to enhance data insights and promote breakthrough initiatives.
  • Design and implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure solution integrity.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in Data Science, AI, ML Ops, AI Engineering, and team leadership across regions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive with mentoring and coaching abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with process improvement skills.
  • Strong expertise in Data Science and GenAI, including:
  • Statistics and algorithms
  • Python programming and AI/ML libraries
  • NLP tools like TensorFlow, spaCy, NLTK
  • Data preprocessing and transformation
  • Transfer learning for LLMs
  • Mathematics and data mining
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms and AWS is preferred
