We are seeking a proactive and strategic Data Science & AI Business Partner to join our growing and dynamic Data Science & AI platform team.

The role will play a key role in bridging the gap between Technology Platforms and the Business, in turn helping to drive proactive engagements and change delivery across our Data Science & AI platforms.

A bit about the job:

This role is pivotal in aligning our data science, ML and AI capabilities with business goals and initiatives, ensuring that our IT platforms are fit for purpose and can support in accelerating the delivery of our business objectives.

You will translate business requirements into actionable insights to help inform proactive change delivery across the platform. You will play a key role in overseeing change engagements, from requirements gathering through to delivery, providing regular feedback and reporting to both Project and business teams, improving our stakeholder relationships.

  • Collaborate across all our business stakeholders to understand their goals and priorities and translating this into the platform team to support proactive change delivery.

  • Lead in the creation of Business success plans, developing a clear business-IT joint roadmap.

  • Lead in value engineering initiatives across the platform, ensuring we have clear line of sight on Value realisation from the platforms change programmes.

  • Responsible in helping to align business requirements with existing and new Data Science & AI capabilities that help to shape our technology roadmaps.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between our business stakeholders and the IT platform for strategic AI, ML and Data Science initiatives.

  • Oversee the Change portfolio within the platform, helping to ensure consistent and regular stakeholder progress updates and engagement.

  • Support in guiding stakeholders on best practices, supporting enablement and training initiatives across the toolset.

    Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience working in a similar business partnering / Customer Success / engagement role.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build relationships and influence decisions.

  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot complex issues.

  • An understanding of Data Science, ML and AI principles and practices.

  • An understanding of Value Engineering practices.

  • Salary Circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
