Our client is a top performing Lloyd’s Insurer and is looking to enhance data science capability to support underwriting teams with insights, risk selection and profitability.

In this role, sitting in the Data Science & Analytics function and bridging actuarial and underwriting, you will be responsible for strategic data requirements, as well as focusing on a brand-new arm of the business (algorithmic underwriting) for digital products.

Despite managing a team, you still be expected to be very hands-on at the start, so I am looking for candidates who have strong technical skills in Python and Azure Devops background would be a massive bonus.

Our client requires employers to be 50% of the time in the office but don’t have a number of set days (London based).
