Are you?

  • Someone who has around circa 5+ years in a Data and Research Managerial position
  • Proficient in survey and statistical software e.g Power BI, SPSS, Python etc
  • Who shares the core values of the company
  • A degree in a related field would be desired, but not essential e.g. Data Science, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Business Analytics
  • Based in UK/Europe or the US


The Role

  • Ensure the data collection, analysis, reporting, delivery and presentation of projects are executed to the highest of standards
  • Be in the know of emerging trends and technologies to further enhance the offering
  • Create clear, descriptive and educational reports and present them to clients over video and in some cases, face-to-face.
  • Be part of the onboarding and nurturing of relationships with key clients
  • Hire and grow your department as the company grows
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team


Package

  • £60,000 to £70,000
  • Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30
  • Remote first with in-person meetings when required
  • Laptop + travel cover
  • 20 days + bank holidays
  • Closed over Christmas
