Location: Fully Remote (must be UK based)


FIND are working with one of Europe’s fastest growing businesses within Data & Business Skills Training, who are looking to hire more Data Analyst Coaches into their Data & AI training team.


As a Data Analyst Coach, you’ll play a key part in developing & supporting Data Analyst apprentices through their Level 4 apprenticeship programmes


Your job is to provide 1-to-1 mentoring & support to your learners, as well as occasional group training, helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their careers, and to achieve the best possible outcome from their apprenticeship programmes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to data analytics apprentices.
  • Conduct workshops & provide hands-on exercises to groups of learners to enhance data analysis skills
  • Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create personalised learning plans tailored to individual apprentices' needs and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve coaching and mentoring programs.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for apprentices.


This is a 100% remote role, with NO mandated face to face work / travel. You can be based from anywhere in the UK. All coaching & mentoring can be delivered online from home.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years data analytics or data science experience
  • Python, SQL + Power BI or Tableau experience
  • Some form of coaching or training experience (could be as a Mentor / Coach / Trainer / Instructor / Lecturer / Tutor / Teacher etc.)


Starting salary is £50,000 - £75,000
