Job Details Why this job is important We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our London team in a hybrid role. This position involves data analytics, reporting, dashboards, and supporting machine learning projects. Collaborating closely with the Lead Data Scientist, the role focuses on generating actionable insights, improving reports, and contributing to analytical and machine learning initiatives. What you’ll be doing Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful insights. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decisions. Visualisation & Dashboards: Build and manage interactive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and visualise trends. Experience with tools like Power BI or Grafana is beneficial. ETL Processes: Transform data into data warehouses for analysis and reporting. Machine Learning Support: Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms. Gain exposure to advanced techniques such as generative AI and large language models (LLMs). Collaboration with Developers: Work with developers on data-related tasks and projects using Agile or Kanban methodologies. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Technical Communication: Communicate technical findings and insights clearly to non-technical team members and stakeholders. The skills & experience needed as Data Analyst Some experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation, with some exposure to machine learning or similar projects. Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like Redshift, Postgres, or Microsoft SQL Server. Strong skills in data analysis and visualisation using tools such as Excel (including pivot tables), Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana. Familiarity with Python, particularly for data manipulation and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on practical solutions and clear reporting. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship or assist with relocation support for this role.
