Our client is a leading algorithmic trading firm searching for a Crypto Operations Manager to join their operations team. This firm is known for its innovative approach to trading across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, FX, and commodities. Leveraging advanced computational techniques and machine learning models, the firm has achieved a significant footprint in global trading and aims to drive consistent liquidity across multiple trading venues.

This role is crucial to supporting the firm’s round-the-clock crypto trading operations, ensuring effective trade support during weekends, and improving operational processes through automation. Reporting to a senior member of the operations team, you will contribute to optimizing trading workflows and managing processes across diverse markets, working closely with the global operations team.

The position is based in London, with occasional weekend work to provide support for trading activities. Flexible shift patterns and time off in lieu are offered to ensure balanced working hours.


  • Must have experience in a trading, banking, or exchange environment; ideally experience in asset classes beyond crypto.
  • Technical proficiency, especially in Python and Golang, and strong data manipulation skills (SQL)
  • Prior experience or a clear interest in cryptocurrency operations.
