Role Highlights:

  • Develop advanced crypto trading signals on multiple exchanges.
  • Oversee trading strategies, performance, and associated risks.
  • Utilise large-scale data sets to identify statistical trends and opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end strategy development, from signal generation to execution.
  • Collaborate with global researchers, technologists, and traders to enhance processes.
  • Monitor and refine signals and models over time to ensure performance.


Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful systematic crypto strategies.
  • Minimum of two years in a quantitative finance or related industry role.
  • Advanced academic background in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, or engineering).
  • Expertise in statistics, machine learning, or AI techniques is highly valued.
  • Strong programming skills (Python preferred; C++ advantageous).
  • Familiarity with crypto datasets, DeFi, or latency-sensitive strategies is a plus.
