We are currently looking for a Data Administrator to work at our Cardiff Bay office, we work with a hybrid working model, you are expected to attend the office 50% of the week as a minimum. The primary responsibilities will involve monitoring data imports, dealing with data queries. Also liaising with data analysts and external suppliers to make sure the freshness and integrity of our data is maintained.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLiaising with data suppliers and maintaining a working relationship with them.Monitoring the receipt and loading of data files.Investigation and resolution of data queries from internal or external customers.Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary.Conduct basic data validation and quality checks. The responsibilities detailed above are not exhaustive and you may be requested to take on additional responsibilities deemed as reasonable by their direct line manager.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

MS Office or equivalent (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access etc.) Communication software experience, e.g. E-mail, Slack, Skype, Zoom etc. Internet, Intranet, Share Point etc. Problem-solving skills A methodical and logical approach The ability to plan work and meet deadlines Accuracy and attention to detail Interpersonal skills Team working skills Written and verbal communication skillsBENEFITS Competitive Salary.Company Laptop supplied.
