As the Creative Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in turning data into actionable insights that shape creative strategy and showcase performance impact. The Role

Analyse creative and campaign data to identify trends and performance insights
Develop actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
Create reports, visualisations, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders
Present insights confidently to agency teams and clients
Collaborate with strategy, creative, and product teams to refine campaign strategies
Contribute to the development of new tools and automation processes (e.g. AI-powered optimisation, creative tagging)The Candidate

2+ years' experience in a data, media, or digital analytics role
Knowledge of programmatic and/or social media platforms
Familiarity with creative production or DCO campaigns
Strong numeracy and analytical skills with a good grasp of statistics
Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and storytelling
