We’re partnered with a well-known UK retailer based in the north west, currently seeking a Data Scientist to join their growing data science function on a 6-month contract (outside IR35).

This is a hands-on opportunity to work on greenfield, customer-focused data science projects, helping to shape the future of analytics within the business. You’ll be designing and deploying ML models across areas like segmentation, customer lifetime value, and marketing attribution, with scope to explore generative AI applications.


Key Skills & Experience:

3+ years in data science/ML engineering roles (retail/e-commerce sector experience is a plus)


Strong Python, SQL, and data science toolkit experience 
Proven track record in deploying end-to-end ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with MLOps
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver impactful work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.


Location: Remote first – 1 day per week on site, close to Manchester
Duration: 6 months
IR35: Outside
