Job Description

· Conduct and analyse market research on commercial-defense products with AI technologies to identify market demand, growth opportunities and competitive threats

· Translate global and regional market intelligence into actionable insights that inform strategic product direction and commercial planning.

· Provide senior leadership with clear, data-driven reports on market trends, customer demands, and emerging technologies that could influence business strategy.

· Ensure compliance for advanced networks, sensors, and AI technologies by managing certification processes and maintaining adherence to industry regulations.

· Develop and optimize pricing strategies for networks, sensors, and AI-based solutions that balance profitability with competitive positioning.

· Lead the development and execution of GTM strategies for advanced networks, sensors, and AI products, targeting both regional and global market penetration.

· Partner with the Product Managers, Marketing and International Business to execute GTM plans that align with customer needs and business objectives.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or M.S.) or certifications in Digitalisation, AI and Data Science.

· Experience: 5+ years in start-ups or corporate roles in commercial business functions that focused on business model innovation, go-to-market analysis, compliance and commercialisation in the AI, telecommunications and tech sectors.

· Solid understanding of market dynamics and regulatory requirements, with in-depth knowledge of compliance and certification processes relevant to the industry.

· Develop and implement pricing strategies and go-to-market plans.

· Preferred: Proficiency with advanced networks and sensors with AI applications.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in delivering markets, business and commercialisation insights and recommendations to senior management.

· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

· Leadership: Experience leading teams and fostering collaboration across product, finance, and commercial departments.

· Singaporean only.

· Location: Jurong East / Ang Mo Kio.
