This role is specifically to sell Evalueserve’s Lending Services solution to 1st line of defense / Credit lines of Business of commercial banks and global banks. For instance, selling to head of Business Banking/ Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Wholesale banking, etc. or the Chief Credit Officer or Credit Strategy officer.


Introduction to Lending Services:

As one of our fastest going practice, Evalueserve Lending Services solution provides support for facility origination, credit underwriting, portfolio monitoring, loan servicing, independent reviews, and risk management, to several lending institutions and Commercial Banks. We streamline processes such as financial spreading, risk rating, and covenant tracking, helping banks improve efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.


Our primary lending services delivery center is in Gurugram, India, with over 600 FTEs. Our clientele includes top North American banks, the top three Canadian banks, SBA banks, and more. We also offer an in-house suite of lending solutions, including automation and workflow tools, enabling significant cost and time savings. Evalueserve caters to various banking sectors, empowering lenders to optimize operations and achieve better outcomes. Our main competitors include third-party service providers such as Accenture, Acuity, WNS, and, to some extent, the Big Four firms.


We’ll trust you to:

  • You will be responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy for your allocated accounts as well as potential Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) prospects, with a focus on commercial & corporate lending
  • Attend client meetings along with other sales team members (wherever necessary), both as coaching opportunities and to expand Evalueserve reach by elevating relationships
  • Build advisory relationships with senior and C-level client executives that anchor long-term sustainable engagements with Evalueserve that are focused on strategic and priority areas
  • Connect-the-dots about clients’ internal programs, competitive dynamics etc. to identify new opportunities for Evalueserve
  • Lead, coach, and mentor teams, as well as work productively within a matrixed organization, on the ongoing major initiatives
  • Ability to travel as needed


What you’ll need to have:


  • A track record selling to large Lending Institutions (Commercial Banking, Credit and Lending, and Corporate & Institutional Banking) “C” suite including trusted long-held and valued relationships, and proven revenue growth and value contribution in a corporate environment
  • 12+ years of Banking sales / business development experience across Commercial, Corporate, Investment Banks or Credit/lending organizations
  • 10+ years proven experience in meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas selling solutions to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Strong rolodex / experience of selling to Heads of Credit, Credit Transformation and/or Credit Management within leading banks / lending institutions
  • A track record of creating innovative programmatic services, to solve business problems
  • Experience in selling outsourcing and/or offshore knowledge services
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, listening and executive presentation skills
  • Experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments
  • Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding annual goals and building strong pipelines
  • Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals in a collaborative environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, articulation skills, listening skills, team-playing skills, and interpersonal skills. Able to articulate views crisply and convincingly and adapt style to have the greatest impact on a given audience
