Quotacom are proud to partner with a disruptive private equity (PE) backed HealthTech company delivering AI-powered solutions for healthcare providers. They empower clinicians with innovative tools to optimise workflows and improve patient care outcomes globally.


As part of their expansion, they've tasked us to undertake a strategic, and newly created Chief Revenue Officer search.


Position Overview:

The Chief Revenue Officer will drive our clients revenue strategy, focusing on accelerating growth, scaling sales and marketing operations, and fostering strategic partnerships across EMEA, APAC, and other markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will lead cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and support our clients mission to transform healthcare technology.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets, with an emphasis on market penetration and customer acquisition.

Sales Enablement:

  • Oversee global sales teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, and drive performance through training and effective KPI management.

Marketing Alignment:

  • Collaborate with marketing to generate demand, optimise campaigns, and enhance the global brand presence.

Partnerships & Expansion:

  • Identify and nurture partnerships with healthcare providers and technology integrators to expand service offerings.

Product Integration:

  • Ensure seamless integration of company solutions with client EHR systems to deliver value-driven results.

Financial Oversight:

  • Monitor and analyse revenue-related KPIs, ensuring sustained profitability and adherence to forecasts.

Team Development:

  • Build and inspire a high-performing revenue-focused team that thrives in a collaborative, innovative environment.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior revenue-focused role within healthcare technology or SaaS companies.
  • Proven success in scaling B2B sales and achieving multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare IT, EHR integrations, and digital transformation trends.
  • Exceptional leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, machine learning technology.
  • Background in healthcare compliance and regulatory environments.
