The role:

As Chief Scientist, you’ll lead cutting-edge research in large language model training and AI safety. Your role includes:

Guiding LLM development to align with human preferences using advanced post-training techniques.

Leading a high-performance team of researchers and engineers to set standards of excellence.

Defining and executing a bold research agenda to advance language model evaluation.

Developing tools, datasets, and metrics for thorough assessment of alignment and safety risks.

Contributing impactful findings to top AI safety conferences and journals.
