Job Title:Yacht Charter Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experiencedYacht Charter Managerto oversee and manage our yacht charter operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing charter sales, managing client relationships, coordinating with yacht owners, and ensuring seamless charter experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury yacht industry, exceptional customer service skills, and strong business acumen.


Please note this is an office-based role with travel; applicants must have the legal right to live/work in the United Kingdom


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of charter yachts, maintaining strong relationships with yacht owners, brokers, and clients.
  • Market and promote yacht charters through various channels, including digital platforms, industry events, and partnerships.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide expert advice, and customize charter experiences based on client preferences.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with yacht owners and clients to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure all charters comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including safety and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with captains, crew, and service providers to guarantee exceptional client experiences.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences to adapt strategies and improve offerings.
  • Manage charter booking processes, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Attend yacht shows, networking events, and industry conferences to build connections and stay updated on industry developments.


Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in yacht charter management, luxury travel, or a related field.
  • Strong network within the yachting industry, including owners, brokers, and service providers.
  • Excellent negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of yacht specifications, itineraries, and global charter destinations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple charters simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, booking software, and digital marketing tools.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, yacht shows, and industry events.
