Bonus Engine Product Owner75,000 - 90,000City - hybrid We are currently seeking a Bonus Engine Product Owner for a market-leading gaming company in their London office. You will be responsible for developing, managing and optimising the bonus engine to drive player engagement and retention.The Bonus Engine Product Owner would ideally be suited to an experienced gaming professional with experience in developing a bonus engine with the iGaming industry.Responsibilities:Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the bonus engine in alignment with business goals, player engagement strategies, and compliance standards.Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder input, player feedback, and market trends.Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to ensure the bonus engine remains innovative and competitive.Lead the development of new bonus types, promotional mechanics, and player reward programs (e.g., free spins, cashback, loyalty programs) that enhance player experience and retention.Collaborate with data science, analytics, and marketing teams to implement bonus structures that are both attractive and profitable.Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features, ensuring high-quality product releases with minimal technical debt.Anticipate and mitigate any risks associated with bonus abuse, fraud, or regulatory breaches.Work closely with UX/UI designers to optimize the user journey for players interacting with the bonus engine and promotions.Monitor KPIs related to bonus effectiveness and continually adjust strategies based on performance metrics.Partner with marketing, CRM, operations, and customer support teams to ensure successful execution and promotion of bonuses across all channels.Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and maintain the sprint cycle in collaboration with the development and QA teams.Oversee sprint planning and daily standups, ensuring continuous progress toward product goals.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the gambling, gaming, or e-commerce industry, with a focus on bonus systems, promotions, or player rewards.Experience working in agile environments and using agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).Strong understanding of bonus structures, loyalty programs, and promotional mechanics in the gambling industry.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and business requirements to diverse teams.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, and roadmapping software.Knowledge of CRM, CMS, and bonus management platforms used in the gambling industry.Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL) to track KPIs related to bonuses and promotions.Our mission: To be the leading Business Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
