We are interested in hosting PhD students whohave an industry internship as a funded component of theirprogramme for a fully immersed onsite placement at our office andlabs in London.
The focus of this internshipwill be helping to improve the bioinformatics pipelines that arecore to the work we do at Bactobio. Youll work with DNA sequencingdata and contribute to our code base with scope to tailor theproject to your interests. You will have the opportunity to learnabout bioinformatics tools used in microbiology pipelinedevelopment workflow management and data analysis. Previousexperience in any of these areas is a plus but interest in all is amust!
