Venchr is delighted to have partnered with one of London's most exciting & innovative Well Being-Tech teams & we're looking for a bright, talented and open-minded Backend Engineer, ideally with a keen interest in LLMs, to play a pivotal role in the early growth of this incredible technology.


Do you want to be the technical pioneer who bridges the gap by creating AI, that truly learns, understands and engages at the most human level possible?


Using cutting-edge computer vision and powerful language models, the goal for this technology is to sharpen focus, boost confidence, and reduces stress and anxiety for people of all ages. You'll be creating games and exercises that adapt to the human mind and improve cognitive abilities.


The founders are incredibly ambitious, bright & super open-minded; you'll work closely with them.


What You'll Do:


  • Design and develop the backend infrastructure for the system.
  • Lead the creation of an emotionally intelligent LLM coach by leveraging advanced techniques (fine-tuning, RAG, memory, etc.) and pushing the limits of innovation.
  • Enhance performance to ensure the LLM delivers fast and reliable responses consistently.


The business has a strong financial footing & is looking to push ahead with it's ambitious plans and enter the next stage of their growth.


We can offer a salary of up to £100k + equity, hybrid working (3 days in office) and the opportunity to shape some of the most innovative tech in the UK right now.
