We are delighted to be working with an award-winning global organisation, operating within the medical, data and scientific industries, as they seek an Automation Specialist to transform the use of their vast CRM system, and ensure the business is optimised across all departments to work faster and with more intelligence to support planned growth. Ideally we need somebody confident in communicating at all levels, with a keen interest in growing trends like AI, and a view to implementing products to streamline the performance of their teams.

As a proactive and dynamic Automation Specialist, this role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact on strategy from the ground up, stakeholder buy-in, and leading the creation of their global AI & Automation strategy. This role could be viable for either an established specialist or somebody looking to take the step up.

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for leading the business in artificial intelligence and automation strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across the business (functions include Marketing, Sales, Finance, Contracts & Compliance, Business Services, Technology, L&D, HR and Talent Acquisition) globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage and optimise automated email, SMS, CRM and other multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead engagement.
Implement and manage marketing automation tools
Ensure seamless integration between CRM and marketing automation platforms
Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep campaigns up-to-date and innovative.
Work with all business units and stakeholders to plan tailored content
Develop and report on testing plans to improve automation performance
Provide monthly reports and insights on automation performance
Requirements:

Proven experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot or similar.
Strong negotiation skills and passion for sharing automation benefits with multiple teams, across multiple sites to ensure buy-in for data capture
Strong understanding of e-marketing, customer segmentation, and lead nurturing strategies.
Hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and automation platforms.
Experience with AI prompts when utilising AI-powered chatbots (i.e. ChatGPT and Bing Chat)There is a fantastic opportunity available for you to make your mark at a growing global business If you're a passionate technical professional with expertise in AI, automation, CRM or database marketing/management, with a drive to optimise and implement new processes, we want to hear from you!

This role is based near Aylesbury and will require you to be in the office 3 days a week, with 2 from home (After an initial 1 month bedding in period).
