About Us

At OpenTrack, we're tackling the fragmented data and workflows of the trillion dollar logistics industry. Using data collected in real time from hundreds of sources, we help customers keep their cargo moving efficiently, on time and at a cost savings.

Our customers are some of the most iconic brands and logistics companies in the world, and we have already transformed the way they work.

We are an international team (Nashville, New York, Europe) with a growing presence at our Nashville HQ.

We value autonomy, curiosity, and having a good time. We’re seeking a qualified candidate to join our Associate Technical Product Manager.

You will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute technical freight tracking projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and risks.
  • Use project management tools to track progress, optimize workflows, and evaluate performance.
  • Provide sales support by addressing technical inquiries and create customer-facing documentation.
  • Drive analytics efforts, owning KPIs and roadmaps for customer-facing features.
  • Work with engineers on product enhancements, UAT, and QA.
  • Contribute to product prioritization, user research, and product marketing efforts like delivery visibility and monitoring.

You should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in software development, product management, or related fields.
  • Strong technical background (SQL, JavaScript) with a data-driven approach and proven ability to create technical solutions and insights.
  • Experience in user research, sales, or interviews, with a focus on empathy and customer development.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to bring clarity to complex environments.
  • Genuine curiosity and quick learning ability, with a team-first, customer-first mentality.
  • Attention to detail, design sense, and familiarity with B2B SaaS and product development processes.
  • Startup mindset, comfortable handling diverse tasks, and committed to continuous learning in data science, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer that values diversity within our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
