Associate Director - Real Estate Economics (UK)Department: Macro Forecasting & Analysis Employment Type: FullTime Location: London, UK Description Oxford Economics is a leadingglobal provider of economic forecasts, research, and consultingsolutions. You will be a leading member of the team responsible forproducing forecasts and research for the global city-level realestate market, a new product in the company. As a senior member ofthe team, you will be responsible for delivering global city-levelreal estate forecasts in co-ordination with the regional realestate economics leads and the director of global real estateeconomics. In addition, you will independently develop researchideas, take responsibility for authoring content, and present ourviews to clients. You have a passion for dealing with largedatasets, forecasting models, and a willingness to continuouslyimprove productivity by utilising modern technology and datascience approaches. You will have a keen eye for detail and arigorous approach to ensuring quality. You will also have a desireto communicate our global city-level real estate views to clientswhether that’s written reports, chartbooks, presentations, webinarsor other mediums. This will help build strong client relationshipsover time. Key Responsibilities - Deliver global city-level realestate forecasts in co-ordination with the rest of the real estateeconomics team - Communicate our global city-level real estateviews to clients (writing, analytics, presenting) - Manageforecasting and data processes in the real estate economics team -Make continuous productivity enhancements and, in time, help todevelop new products and services Skills, Knowledge & Expertise- More than seven years’ experience delivering real estateforecasts and research - Strong track record in dealing with largedatasets, co-ordinating complex processes, successful teamworking,and communicating views to clients - Excellent academic credentialswith a degree in real estate, economics or data science preferredEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) Oxford Economics is an equalopportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusionin the workplace.
