As a key member of our Performance Management team, you’ll play an important role in supporting underwriting performance across CFC’s portfolio. About the role


Use Excel and Python to build and improve pricing models that are accurate, efficient, and user-friendly.



Work closely with Pricing Analytics, Underwriting, IT, and Product teams to solve complex pricing challenges and deliver smart solutions.

Analyse large datasets and create clear reports that show underwriting performance and strategic outcomes.

Keep everyone aligned on pricing matters by engaging with multiple stakeholders internally. 

Troubleshoot technical issues to keep our pricing systems running smoothly.

Contribute to projects that enhance underwriting performance and operational excellence.

About you

We’re looking for someone with 12–18 months of direct experience in data analysis or data science within a corporate environment. You’ll have proven experience using version control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps, and strong technical skills in Python, Excel, and SQL.

A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical analysis into clear insights for a wide range of stakeholders.
