We are looking for an Associate, Data Science & AI - Commercial Consulting to join our Delivery Center of Excellence (COE) and play a critical role in supporting senior consultants by providing analytical insights, AI‑coding support, and data‑driven contributions to customer engagements and internal initiatives.

In this role, you will help deliver projects, execute analytical work plans, and contribute to AI‑enablement efforts that strengthen our service offerings. Working under the supervision and guidance of the Delivery COE lead and senior consultants, you will ensure that we provide high‑quality insights, models, and automation solutions that improve outcomes for both clients and internal teams.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related).

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Analytical mindset with the ability to work with diverse datasets.

Interest in AI‑coding, data science, and analytical problem‑solving within a consulting context.

It would be great if you also had…

Experience with Python, R, or other coding languages.

Exposure to AI/ML concepts, model development, or automation workflows.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Previous internship or project experience in analytics, consulting, or AI‑driven solution development.

What will you be doing in this role?

Data Collection & Analysis

Collate data from diverse sources to support comprehensive commercial and strategic analyses.

Conduct preliminary data analysis under the guidance of senior consultants.

Contribute to the development and refinement of analytical models and frameworks that support data‑driven decision‑making.

Consulting & Project Support

Collaborate with senior consultants to prepare high‑quality customer deliverables (reports, presentations, strategic documents).

Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and clarity of information used in customer projects.

Participate in team problem‑solving sessions and contribute ideas to address customer challenges.

AI‑Enablement & Coding Support

Work under the guidance of the Delivery COE lead to drive AI‑enablement of service offerings and internal workflows.

Support the development of AI‑powered automation, scripting, and data workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Contribute to mission‑critical AI workstreams that will shape the competitiveness of service offerings in 2026 and beyond.

Professional Development

Build foundational knowledge of consulting concepts through structured training and project exposure, including: Market research, Competitive analysis and Strategic planning

Develop commercial awareness, analytical rigor, and AI‑coding capabilities to support your long‑term growth.

About the Team

The Delivery COE provides advanced analytical, technical, and consulting support across service lines. Our team works closely with consultants, project leads, and business stakeholders to deliver data‑driven insights, enhance operational efficiency, and build AI‑enabled solutions.

You will collaborate with teams across multiple service offerings, contributing to the modernization and innovation of customer‑facing and internal processes.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time permanent position based in London, UK and will require hybrid working in our Liverpool Street office (2-3 days per week in office, rest of week remote).

This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
