Together, we can make a dent in the universe bigger than ourselves.We are now looking for an Associate Campaign Manager to join our Growth Marketing team.About the RoleThe Associate Campaign Manager will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of demand generation marketing campaigns. Working closely with marketing and sales teams, this role helps drive initiatives that align with growth objectives, engage target audiences, and generate high-quality leads. This position offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in campaign management while delivering impactful results for the business.We value in-person collaboration here at Matillion, therefore this role follows our hybrid work structure where employees work 2 days a week in the Manchester office.

What you will be doing

Plan and Execute Campaigns:Develop detailed plans and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid search, and content initiatives.Create and Oversee Assets:Manage the creation of engaging marketing materials, including landing pages, emails, ad copy, and promotional content, ensuring brand consistency.Collaborate with Teams:Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative teams, product marketing, and agencies, to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.Drive Lead Generation:Develop strategies to attract and nurture qualified prospects, accelerate pipeline growth, and provide high-quality leads to the sales team.Analyse and Optimise Performance:Track campaign performance, leverage data-driven insights, and implement tests to refine messaging and maximise ROI.

What we are looking for

B2B SaaS Marketing Expertise:Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the software or SaaS industry.Exceptional Project Management Skills:Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns simultaneously, using tools like Asana or Confluence, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.Proven Campaign Success:Demonstrated ability to plan and execute impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.Digital Marketing Knowledge:Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, with proficiency in tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.Preferred Expertise:Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising, paid search campaigns, and account-based marketing tools such as 6Sense is a plus.

At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards.
