Hours: 37.5 hours per week, permanent

Salary: £(phone number removed) per annum

Hybrid: 3 days per week at one of our offices: Head office (Stoke on Trent) Travel to other offices when required

We are seeking a visionary Artificial Intelligence Lead to spearhead the integration of AI technologies across our operational teams. This newly created role is critical in driving automation, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences through the intelligent application of AI solutions.

This role will play a key part in transforming how we operate—reducing manual effort, enhancing accuracy, accelerating decision-making, and improving the end-to-end customer journey. By harnessing the potential of AI, the Artificial Intelligence Lead will help us unlock new ways of working and set a foundation for continuous innovation. What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with business leaders to identify where AI can address challenges in areas such as repairs, compliance, customer service, scheduling, finance, or reporting.

  • Analyse workflows and pain points to map viable AI use cases with measurable business value.

  • Develop and maintain an AI roadmap aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.

  • Collaborate with IT, data, and operational teams to ensure smooth integration into business systems.

  • Support the design and implementation of digital tools that improve service delivery (e.g. tenant portals, mobile apps).

  • Evaluate and recommend digital technologies that align with the organization's strategic goals.

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions using commercial tools, platforms, and APIs

  • Manage external suppliers or AI vendors, ensuring delivery is on time, to scope, and meets user needs.

  • Engage with stakeholders across functions to ensure buy-in, usability, and successful change adoption.

  • Define and measure KPIs for AI tools and ensure continuous improvement through user feedback and performance monitoring.

  • Deliver training, documentation, and communications to support smooth implementation and user confidence.
