Overview of Job

AI Engineers designs and develops artificial intelligence systems and algorithms. AI Engineers work on creating models that can analyze data, make predictions, and automate tasks. By improving machine learning technologies, AI Engineers enhance software capabilities and contribute to innovative solutions across various applications.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML algorithms and models to solve business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.
  • Develop data pipelines and preprocessing methods for model training and deployment.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of AI models and systems.
  • Conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and enhance AI system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deploy AI solutions in production environments.
  • Create technical documentation for AI models and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning models, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI models.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and build scalable AI solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in AI-driven products or solutions in industries like healthcare, finance, retail, etc.
  • Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of model interpretability and explainability methods.
