This company is a true innovator in building data-driven products using machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, speech and audio, and knowledge/data mining. The role involves being a senior engineer who will help define and build the company's AI systems. You will be building large-scale machine learning systems, applying the latest techniques while working with an elite team of researchers and engineers.

No day will be the same; you will get to work on:

  • Driving the entire model development lifecycle, leading the team in best practices, ensuring reproducible research, and managing model delivery and deployment.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to share ideas, understand business problems, and mentor teammates.
  • Translating complex problems into well-defined projects in a dynamic, startup-style environment.
  • Learning and applying ground-breaking research and approaches, iterating with a fail-fast mentality.
  • Sharing compelling ideas and work proactively with the team and organisation.

What do you need?

  • While titles may vary, experience in data science, engineering, or machine learning with a focus on productionising and deploying AI models is key.
  • Strong Python, SQL, and programming skills.
  • Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, recommendation systems, Information Retrieval stacks, or GenAI (especially RAG systems).
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch and scikit-learn.
  • Experience across the full model lifecycle: experimentation, training, testing, monitoring, deployment.
  • Good knowledge of AWS’s machine learning infrastructure.
