3. Requirements

  • Technical Expertise:Proficiency in Python, SQL, microservices, and large-scale data processing frameworks like Spark. Familiarity with large language models, including fine-tuning and API integrations.
  • Experience Level:At least two years of experience developing and deploying AI solutions in a production environment. You must be hands-on and capable of working with real-world, scalable systems.
  • Educational Background:While an advanced degree is preferred, substantial hands-on experience in AI solutions development is equally valued.
  • Client-Facing Skills:Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, translate technical concepts into actionable solutions, and manage client relationships.
  • Problem Solving and Adaptability:A proactive approach to solving complex technical issues and willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
  • Ethical Awareness:Understanding and commitment to ethical AI development, with a focus on data privacy, minimising bias, and adhering to compliance standards.


4. Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Development:Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, focusing on the integration of large language models and data-centric microservices.
  • Client Consultation:Act as the primary technical advisor to clients, identifying business challenges and designing AI-driven solutions that address client needs.
  • Technical Leadership:Tackle complex technical problems and collaborate with internal R&D teams to refine and improve AI solutions.
  • Team Collaboration:Work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment between technical development and business objectives.
