Are you an experienced AI professional ready to help define the future of healthcare?

I’m supporting a rapidly scaling organisation that has just opened a brand-new Bristol office and is now hiring three Senior AI Engineers to join their growing team.


This is an exceptional opportunity to work on cutting-edge Generative AI projects that are currently in the research phase and have the potential to shape the next generation of healthcare technology. Due to NDAs, full project details will be shared during an initial conversation — but expect complex, meaningful, and highly innovative AI challenges.


What they’re looking for:


> 7–8 years’ commercial experience in AI / Machine Learning

> Strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, diffusion models, or similar)

> Solid background in healthcare – NHS, medtech, clinical data, medical devices, or regulated environments

> Ability to demonstrate the evolution of AI technologies you’ve worked with

> Experience building or contributing to AI-driven automation or intelligent systems

> Someone who thrives in a collaborative, research-focused environment


Location Requirements:


Must be Bristol-based

Happy to work on-site up to 5 days per week

(A brand-new office designed for high-collaboration projects)


The Interview Process:

A straightforward 3-stage process (with a potential additional conversation if needed, but very rare).
