Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic AI Practice. In this role, you will support the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI and ML solutions across various projects in the financial sector. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging AI to solve real-world problems, has practical experience with AI techniques, and demonstrates strong collaboration skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, testing, and deploying AI applications aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Preprocess data, engineer features, and conduct basic analysis to support machine learning models.
  • Support ongoing maintenance and iterative improvement of AI models in production environments.
  • Contribute to research initiatives, staying updated on the latest AI and ML advancements.
  • Document project processes and present findings to stakeholders effectively.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience with AI and Machine Learning projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), evaluation techniques, and frameworks such as LangChain.
  • Proficiency with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including embeddings, vector search, and vector databases.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ML fundamentals including classification, regression, and clustering.
  • Experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
  • Programming skills in Python; familiarity with JavaScript is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.


Nice to have:

  • Exposure to explainable AI (XAI), time-series forecasting, or NLP.
  • Experience deploying AI models at scale.
  • Familiarity with containerisation (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
