Location: Fully remote

We're looking for an experienced full-stack developer with AI expertise to design and deploy end-to-end intelligent systems. You'll own features from UI to model deployment and develop solutions that deliver AI capabilities to end users in AWS environments.

This role is perfect for someone with expertise in Open-source, API development, fine-tuning LLMs, and integrating AI into scalable applications. If you thrive in an AI-driven development environment, enjoy working on cutting-edge retrieval models, and have a passion for optimizing LLM performance, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement full-stack AI-powered applications from frontend to model serving
  • Build intuitive user interfaces
  • Develop scalable backend systems using Python and Go for model inference, data pipelines, and API services
  • Develop sophisticated prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based features, including few-shot learning, chain-of-thought reasoning, and retrieval-augmented generation
  • Optimize models for specific use cases and performance requirements
  • Design and optimize database schemas for relational database
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience with AI/ML systems
  • Strong engineering skills across frontend and backend technologies
  • Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and TypeScript
  • Backend experience with Python, including API design (REST)
  • Hands-on experience deploying LLMs, transformers, or other neural networks
  • Proven experience with prompt engineering techniques and LLM optimization
  • Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and model serving
  • Proficiency with relational databases and AWS (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
  • AWS experience on basic services (ECS, S3, etc.)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration
  • Understanding of model evaluation metrics and experimental design

If interested, please apply with your latest CV. Sponsorship unfortunately, isn't available for this role.

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise AI jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards and communities that reach AI engineers, ML scientists and applied research talent in the UK. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.
