Techmunity are partnering with a London startup who're building their own generative AI models to achieve just that - and they're hiring for a Senior AI Engineer.
They raised a significant seed round last year and have an inbound Series A, so they are scaling fast, already partnering with industry giants like Canva and ElasticSearch.
As a Senior AI Engineer here, you won’t just be another cog in the machine.
You’ll own your domain end-to-end — designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI features powered by the latest large language models like GPT and Anthropic.
You’ll work with cutting-edge tools — think LangChain, FastAPI, vector search with Qdrant — building AI agents that automate complex workflows and deliver real impact.
What they’re looking for:
Deep expertise in

Large Language Models (LLMs)

and generative AI, with proven experience shipping production AI features built on foundational models like GPT or Anthropic.
Strong software engineering skills, fluent in

Python , and experienced with scalable backend frameworks like

FastAPI .
Hands-on experience with

LLM orchestration and prompt engineering

frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, plus designing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
Familiarity with

vector databases

like Qdrant, Pinecone, or Redis for low-latency AI retrieval.
Experience deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI workloads on

cloud platforms

such as AWS, GCP, or BigQuery.
Bonus points for experience with

Go , containerization tools like

Docker

and

Kubernetes , and working in fast-moving startups.
